Privacy notice
How we handle your details
Consent version 2026-10-v1. This notice covers the Constraint to Completion project check signup page only.
What we collect
- Your first name (required) and work email address (required).
- A record of your consent: the exact wording you agreed to, its version, and the date and time.
- The campaign source of the signup (for example, a LinkedIn link) and how many times the email has signed up.
- A one-way hashed form of your network address, kept briefly to limit repeated automated signups. We do not store the address itself.
We do not ask for, and you should not send, confidential project information. The online recovery brief runs in your browser only; nothing typed into it is saved or sent.
Why we collect it
We collect your details to provide the checklist and record your consent to future project recovery emails and occasional programme invitations. The wording you agree to is: "Send me the free checklist, practical project recovery emails and occasional programme invitations. I can unsubscribe at any time."
Where it is stored
Your details are stored in the site's secured cloud database. Subscriber records are not publicly accessible. Access is restricted to the site owner's server-side tools.
Email and unsubscribing
We use Brevo to send a thank-you email with links to the toolkit, infographic and printable brief after signup, followed by three short project recovery emails on days 2, 4 and 7. Every email has a one-click unsubscribe link, or you can reply with 'unsubscribe' and Colin will remove you.
Access, correction and deletion
You can ask to see, correct or delete your details under the Australian Privacy Principles.
A privacy contact address has not yet been provided. This notice will be updated once the site owner confirms an address.
Sharing
We do not sell your details. They are shared only with the service providers needed to run this site and send the delivery email, including Brevo.
